The hotel was a but far from restaurants but contained six restaurants ranging from country western Nosaloon style to Japanese.

Get the deluxe Waterview room. Quieter when sunset cruise passengers exit attached marina.

Need a newspaper to mention that, not clean, old , the staff not dealing very well, the noise everywhere and can’t sleep , the shower water very cold and can’t swim

Good location sea view but not resort

If you’re looking for a solo and relaxing trip with a beautiful view, this hotel is a great choice. The staff and security are very friendly and always greet you with a warm smile. The room is well maintained, and I had a very good night’s sleep. At midnight, you can hear the sound of the waves, which I really enjoyed. Although the hotel is a bit far from Cenang Beach, I truly enjoyed the scenic drive around Langkawi. Will book again when my next trip to Langkawi.

The breakfast comes with a beautiful view, but the selection is quite limited. Hopefully, there will be more breakfast choices in the future.

The dining options were good.

The room was very noisy from the outside restaurants and foot traffic and the bed and pillows were not comfortable.

They charged 100 RM more but they didn't inform me that they would charge 100RM more. Please refund this amount to my credit card

The room is spacious but not much furnitures that could make the room more comfortable

the room is big enought for my whole family. took the doube queen size bed. Staff was helpful especially looking for parking. Love the part that the place only 2 floor. not that many movement needed to reach the lobby/car.

The pool water was quite dirty and made me feel itchy after swimming. Also, a couple of guests seemed annoyed that my kids were being kids — shouting with excitement while swimming or reacting to animals. I understand the need for peace, but a bit of understanding towards families would go a long way. We don’t have a pool at home, so this was a special moment for them. Stayed at other 5-star hotels before where kids were welcomed more warmly.

I called the hotel ahead to check they had fitness equipment - staff were sooo helpful and replied immediately - we moved here from our originally booked accommodation - and while it is not posh, it definitely worked for us as a base with the facilities we needed

The pool was a bit small, and the breakfast/food served in general not the best (Steakhouse and Japanese nearby were very good though!)

This property is a rip-off.The things did not work in the room,the power sockets are old and in disrepair.The door buckle broke.The in-room safe was just a tad smaller than the standard size so those with laptops screens larger than 14" may not be able to fit it in.Far cry from.other Ramadas in the chain.I did ask for a discount and rebate for the condition of the room but did not receive any feedback or reply from any of the staff at all.I email to ask twice as I was there foe a conference and left early morning only to returb at 10-11+ every nite.

Breakfast is always a it hit and miss. Would be great to have proper bacon and port sausages

The location is good, 5-10 minutes walk away from the Eagle Square. Also, there are some bars and pubs nearby.

In term of safety, you do not need to tap or show your room card when entering the hotel. It appears to me that anyone could come in and go upstairs and no one would verify your identification.There were a few insects inside my room, especially mosquitos, which was super annoying when I was sleeping.

The hotel is at a great location, very quiet and the outdoor bar with the Marina View is simply awesome. For a lazy laid back traveler, like myself you can actually allow the world pass without a care in the world. The restaurants are also really good.

It is slight expensive and the beer selection is a little bit lacking at the bar.

I’m a big fan of the yacht club hotel I love the location

The karaoke bar keeping me awake until 1am needs to be more done to reduce impact on guests trying to sleep

Check in was slow but thats about all, didnt have the breakfast because our ferry departure was early

Staff are excellent, polite, knowledgeable and respectful.Room large and comfortable. Great area if catching a boat. Or love boat watching.

The lication is superb. Eagle square is nearby too.. view is great both in the night and day:-)

The breakfast n maintenance at the restaurent.. they need to keep restaurents inn better condition n more appealing.. common areas n restaurents need a make over for sure.
